Typhoid fever
coated tongue
rose spot rash
Symptoms: The main symptom of typhoid fever is that it usually grows slowly and gives no cupcakes (sometimes it may get a cold chill). Normally the patient may have headaches, stomach pain and constipation or diarrhea. If you do not get the right treatment on time, then the seriousness of the disease increases gradually. In the second week, fever seems to be more and stomach bloating, lack of appetite, rave in fever speed etc. White on the tongue (coated tongue), spleen increases slightly, and some patients (especially in white ones) see light spot rash on the chest. In many patients, small teeth like Motijala are shown on the body like grains. Unemployed people consider this as a special symptom of typhoid and believe that typhoid will not come until the grains will not grow. The reality is that in any fever, the thin layer of keratin and scum is accumulated over the skin without bathing for a long time, under which the small drops of sweat are reflected as fine pearls. People call him Motijala
Pearl pale
In the third week, it takes a serious form of typhoid if it is not treated properly for two weeks. At this stage, there may be swelling (typhoid encephalopathy) on the brain and intestinal perforation may cause bleeding or intestinal perforation in the intestines. When the antibiotics that had effect on the typhoid were not invented, many of these patients died due to the same procedure. When the patient escaped from this stage, the fever started gradually by completing 3 to 4 weeks of time. For this reason it was called period free fever.
Diagnosis: Typhoid can be diagnosed only on the basis of symptoms in most cases. If the cause of the fever is not understood, then it is necessary to do some tests that it is typhoid or any other fever. Typhoid can be tested in blood and typhoid confirmed by blood, urine or stool culture. If any other infection is also suspected then check for it and take a look.
To check the typhoid, the blood test called Vidal Test is very prevalent here. This test-positive starts coming seven weeks after typhoid fever. Once it is typhoid, it remains positive for a very long time and many normal people who have no disease can also get positive. These tests now have no value for this test and have been released in developed countries. Those who are not aware of this, only take this test after feeling a fever and typhoid feeds have extra antibiotic accounts. Many times it happens that there is no other infection, but due to the positive results of this test, the doctor starts treating typhoid, and the actual illness is delayed in diagnosis.
Treatment: For the treatment of typhoid, give some special antibiotics and use paracetamol to reduce the fever (aspirin and painkillers should not be taken to prevent contagious drugs). The choice of antibiotics is done according to the stage of the disease. At the beginning of the illness, light medicines are given, while in the event of more infections or conjunctions, the patient has to be admitted in hospital and given injection of fast antibiotics. Many typhoid pesticides have become addicted to common antibiotics i.e. they do not work on common antibiotics. In such cases the risk of conjunction is high. Therefore, typhoid should be treated with a qualified doctor. Typhoid fever should not be used in fast painkillers and steroid drugs such as decadrons, betainsol etc., because they are afraid to have ulcers in the intestines.
Reasons for Typhoid Disease: Typhoid bacteria are found in abundance in typhoid patients stool. Many people in the villages and backward settlements still have open defecation in ours. From this, the bacteria are found in wells and ponds water and underground water. In cities, the contaminated water of broken broken sewer line pollutes the underground water and the pipeline of the corporation. Due to the release of drains and sewer water in rivers, germs are also found in rivers and canals. Apart from this, many people who grow vegetables in irrigated areas, irrigate vegetables with drainage water. Fruits and vegetables are usually spraying dirty water on them to keep fruits and vegetables wet so that they can have different kinds of germs. Typhoid bacteria can be found for many days in those who have been typhoid. If such people do the work of licking, cooking or waiters and they do not have the habit of hand washing properly after defecation, then this infection can spread by them too.
For these reasons, some other types of infections such as jaundice, gastroentratitis and cholera are also spreading in addition to typhoid in our country. The underground water that is extracted below 110 feet is less likely to cause infection.
Prevention: A vaccine is available to protect against typhoid which should be applied to all people. Its overThe fruits and vegetables should be eaten properly by washing and peeling. Boil water should be boil or use filter etc. Open foods, chaat dumplings, chutneys, sugarcane juice and other fruit juice sold in the market should not be used. If anybody has typhoid, then he must complete his treatment. Remember also that after the treatment of typhoid, the Vidal test should not be done.
